We always prepare your order as soon as possible, but it can take us up to 2 working days. Once your package is shipped from our studio in Lisbon, we will send you a confirmation with a tracking number. We pack our scarves very safely. You just need to remove the protecting packaging to find a beautiful gift box inside.
We offer free express postal shipping with tracking (CTT) in Portugal.
We offer free express postal shipping with tracking to European countries for orders above 100 €. For orders below 100 €, the cost of shipping is 4,99€. The estimated delivery time is around 3-5 business days. Please be aware that due to the current situation related to Covid-19, they may occur some delays in delivery.

We deliver orders to United States using express postal shipping with tracking for 11,50 €. The estimated delivery time is around 5-7 business days. RETURNS: SILK SCARVES & ACCESSORIES
You can return your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with labels, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com, indicating your order number & reason of return. We will come back to you as soon as possible with an instructions on how and where to send your package. Thank you for packing it the way it was when you received it. Please be aware that we do not cover shipping costs on returns (excluding defective items).
We will notify you once we’ve received your parcel and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within few days.

All our wallpapers are made to order, which means that once we've received your order, we will proceed with the production specially for you. That's why the return policy doesn't apply to purchases of our wallpapers.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will need to receive the damaged / wrong product back in its original packaging, to send you a replacement, but we will cover all necessary transportation charges.
